About Gabby Rivas-Field, MA, LPCC

About GabbyWaking up each day with a heavy heart….

It feels like something essential is missing. You walk around lost… numb in a world that’s distant – a world where you’re not sure you belong.

Relationships are a confusing maze. Sometimes, you cling too tightly; others, you pull away. It’s hard to set boundaries and express your needs, so you’re always second-guessing yourself as you strike the right balance.

Deep within, there’s a yearning for more.

More inner peace…

More self-acceptance…

More stability…

You crave to understand who you really are… and secure, fulfilling relationships free from constant worry and emotional turmoil.

You long for a life where you feel at home in your skin, connected to yourself and those around you.

If this resonates, you’re in the right place!

I’m Gabby, a therapist dedicated to helping you on your journey to healing and self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore the complexities of your experience and work toward the life of peace and stability you desire.

Let’s look inward.

This is the place to do it – a warm, inviting space free of judgment where we focus on YOUR unique experiences, emotions, and journey.

We’ll start from within, using your internal bodily experiences as the foundation for healing. This “inside-out” approach helps strengthen the connection between your mind and body, fostering self-regulation and internal awareness.

I offer many paths to wholeness.

As a social justice somatic psychotherapist, I offer an integrative approach that includes parts work, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic psychology, yoga, and art therapy.

My passion and draw from my own experience to support, guide, and empower those with PTSD, C-PTSD, and complex trauma.

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.”

And that step is reaching out right now for support.

If you’re going to find your “self,” you must first acknowledge the feelings that are weighing you down.

Let’s honor your story while creating the fulfilling, peaceful life you deserve.

Reach out for a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to working with you!
